My Girl is going to Kindergarten... need a Fall wardrobe!

My daughter is my inspiration, and it has been nice to get behind the sewing machine and create for her. She heads off into kindergarten this year and we are so excited for her!  She has lots of comfortable Adorable Essentials that we like to pair everything with. It is so much fun when one idea leads into another. When I sew her Disney wardrobe... one idea leads to another, but I don't normally have the luxury of having time to sew. 

We are blessed to announce that we are moving! After obliging to open houses and many, many showings, we are currently under contract and I have some time to create.  I have a really cute Halloween fabric too! I am fitting orders in between the much needed creative outlet! School starts in less than 2 weeks! Moving and packing will be here before we know it, so I am enjoying my "sew" time!

Fashionable Princess Halter Dress, ready to meet the Disney Princesses!

Having a baby girl set my creative side on fire! She is the sweetest girl ever, with a heart of gold and the bluest princess eyes. It is such a blessing to see how she innately mothers her baby brother and friends. This pretty dress is a custom paneled skirt with ruffled hemline. We used Tanya Whelan's Sunshine Roses.  Tanya Whelan is a favorite of mine. We decorated Brooke's baby nursery in Tanya Whelan and Bari J. Ackerman fabrics. Big favs in my world. I love the color combination, a special request. Looks so pretty and we paired with Adorable Essentials knits.

Custom Closet for Walt Disney World Vacation

I love sewing! B's entire closet for our recent trip to WDW was custom designed and sewn by me. She glowed in her clothes telling each Princess and character, "My mommy made this for me!" Tears of joy welled in my eyes as she pranced proudly in her Princess clothes.  I can't wait to get behind the machine some more and spread the joy with other little ones that want to be a Princess for a day, or week- ehh, EVERYDAY!
